Acqualina Resort & Residences is delighted to announce the appointment of Nikolay Hotze as Vice President and General Manager. Hotze brings extensive management expertise, having served as a managing director and asset manager for a private equity investment organization for five years. His past leadership roles in five-star resorts include Managing Director of Caneel Bay, A Rosewood Resort, and Hotel Manager at Acqualina Resort.

Hotze was part of Acqualina Resort & Residences’ inaugural team. Before Acqualina, Hotze held food and beverage management positions at several Miami-based properties, including Loews Hotel, Tides Hotel, and the Doral Golf Resort & Spa. He kick-started his career in the heart of London with the Savoy Hotel Group. A German Native, Hotze earned a degree in hotel administration from German Abitur in Kiel, Germany, in 1994.
