Gateway Center is a 15,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility located next to Gateway Park. This elite Center, features a 3,600 square foot ballroom, which can accommodate 240 seated at round tables. Equipped with top-of-the-line technology. The ballroom can be rented for presentations, receptions, weddings, and various special events. Access the audio/visual equipment connects sound and music throughout the facility in the hallways, rooms, and in the exterior surrounding the banquet space.

Located in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach, the Gateway Center is a bright, state-of-the-art facility utilized for presentations, receptions, weddings, meetings, and community recreation. It’s as innovative as it is beautiful. This 15,000-square foot facility features a 3,600-square foot ballroom, which can accommodate 240 seated at round tables. It also boasts a social alley with seating and game tables. There are large and small classrooms, a catering kitchen with camera system, a hearing loop system, high-end audio and visual system. All of this with free WiFi. The center also has a fitness room. The Gateway Center is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The State-of-the-Art Design
Gateway Center was designed by the innovative and award-winning design firm, Perkins & Will. The aesthetic of the Gateway Center is emblematic of its oceanfront location with blue, green and coral colors dispersed throughout. Providing a calm, relaxing and safe space for residents to enjoy was critical during the design phase. The Center will also has a satellite visitor center, an addition to the original one in the Government Center. Promotional merchandise will be on sale such as shirts, cups, and key chains, as well as light food and beverage items including coffee, sodas and snacks.
