Situated on the resort’s fifth floor, the suite combines the atmosphere of a private residence with access to the amenities, dining, and personalized service that define the Sunny Isles Beach luxury experience.

The Villa Suite embraces a modern aesthetic influenced by Mediterranean design traditions. Neutral tones, curved lines, and layered textures establish a calm, inviting environment enhanced by soft uplighting and warm materials. A locally crafted alabaster bouclé sofa, Italian coffee tables, and accent pieces by Casa Dio and Restoration Hardware create a modern yet timeless feel. Lighting from Rejuvenation and Revelite adds warmth, while carefully selected textiles and wallcoverings introduce depth and visual interest.
