Il Mulino New York – Miami has completed a full renovation of its oceanfront restaurant space at Acqualina Resort & Residences, coinciding with its upcoming 20th anniversary. The updated design includes enhancements to the main dining room, bar, and private dining areas.

The refreshed interior incorporates sand-toned walls, curated artwork, and green accents, reflecting a coastal aesthetic. Design elements include velvet booths, U-shaped banquettes, and vintage-inspired artwork, alongside murals referencing Italian culture. The bar area has been redesigned with new tilework and wood detailing, creating a central focal point within the space.

In addition to the renovation, the restaurant has introduced an updated menu that combines longstanding dishes with a rotating seasonal selection. The seasonal offerings, which change quarterly, currently include seafood crudos such as tuna tartare, gamberi rosso, and salmon preparations, as well as entrées like Chilean sea bass, Dover sole, duck, and seafood pasta dishes.

Signature menu items remain available, including pasta dishes, ossobuco, lamb, branzino, and tableside Dover sole service.

Il Mulino New York – Miami first opened in 2006 and has been part of the local dining landscape in Sunny Isles Beach for nearly two decades. The renovation marks an update to both the physical space and culinary program as the restaurant approaches this milestone.
